Day 1
Day 1 – Beautiful Bush Trails

Meet with your tour guide at 09.00 am at the Pemberton Bakehouse (last bakery as you head out of town). Remember to fuel up before.

Grab a cuppa as we conduct intros and inductions. You will meet with other 4WD Adventurers and chat about the exciting adventure that awaits!

After the meet and greet inductions, we will kick it off in convoy to Heartbreak trail! It’s time to hit the dirt and see some of these beautiful wonders. Depending on water levels, there are two water crossings planned before lunch.

We’ll have lunch at Donnelly River and continue to Lake Jasper. After admiring the largest freshwater lake in WA, it’s off to camp at Pemberton Caravan park. Relax on a standard campsite with fire* when permitted.

Once we arrive at camp, find yourself a plot, set up your tent or swag, freshen up, kick back and enjoy a bevvie or a cuppa! As the sun sets, we’ll crank up the BBQ (fires*), and you can get your evening meal underway. After dinner, relax, enjoy some social time, marvel at the stars & serenity, or retire to your own space – read a book, listen to music, meditate, do a little yoga – it’s your time!

During the day, we’ll be driving on gravel, then into soft bush tracks. An excellent little warm-up for the following day, which is our Big Day Out!

Contact us with your specific disability or accessibility needs, we care! Good mobility and a reasonable level of fitness are required

Meals: self-catered, there will be a full camp kitchen

Accommodation: Unpowered campsite with full facilities

Day 2
Day 2 – Dune, Beach and Hill Climb

After a relaxed start to the morning and a quick brekky, we’ll round up the crew, pack up and set off on our full-day tag-along 4WD adventure tour. This experience is so diverse, as we explore a range of different terrain in our vehicles, from forest to beach and dunes. A great introduction to 4WDriving, testing what your vehicle is capable of in a safe and supportive environment, exploring a beautiful part of our state and, of course, the thrill of the adventure!

As we drive in convoy, the Guide will intermittently provide interpretive radio commentary and share more info with us when we make our stops along the way – Roger That!! There are plenty of places we stop to take in those picture-postcard views, marvel at some hidden gems, experience the diversity of wildlife & birdlife pristine to the area, explore the Karri forest, go wildflower spotting, play in the dunes and witness the start of the largest landlocked sand dune system in the Southern Hemisphere, Yeagarup in the D’Entrecasteaux National Park!

We’ll have lunch at the Warren River at the bottom of the Yeagarup dunes and make our way to the iconic “Callcup Hill”.

We finish out the day on a high as we wind up the tour under a shady tree to celebrate, reminisce and share our stories of the day. This will be a good opportunity to inflate the tyres to correct pressures before we say our goodbyes as everyone heads off in their own time. Some may stay in town, and some may stop somewhere along the way as they travel home.
